| 水土保持 water and soil concervation 采取农、林、牧、水利工程等措施防治水土流失，充分利用水土资源的统称。采取的主要措施有：生物措施（封山育林、种草、禁止乱开荒等）；工程措施（修堤、筑坝、修建鱼鳞坑、建谷坊、闸山沟等）；农业技术措施（修梯田、水平沟、免耕等），以达到涵蓄水源，减少地表径流，防止土壤侵蚀。中国水土流失地区广泛，以北方黄土高原和南方红壤山丘水土流失最严重。应因地制宜采取综合治理措施，搞好水土保持，维持生态平衡，提高农业生产，防治旱涝灾害。 |
