国际银行
【国际银行】亦称“跨国银行”。经营业务跨越不同国家和地区的银行。联合国跨国银行中心认为，至少在海外五个国家和地区设有所属分行或拥有大部分股权附属机构的银行，才能称为跨国银行。跨国银行由国内的总行和海外的所属机构组成。总行是权力中心和最高决策机构，决定海外所属网点的部署、高层人士的任免、总资产负债的管理和各地资金的调度。总行除对海外所属机构进行管理外，自身也经营国际银行业务。海外所属机构组成有四种:海外分行，经营上有较大的独立性和决策权，利润构成总行海外收益的主要来源;代表处，作为与当地经济金融信息往来的窗口不具体办理银行业务;控股银行，其中控制多数决定性股份的称为控股银行，控制少量股份的称为参股银行，总行按股份分红利，按比例担风险;离岸银行，设于某个特定地区但只能从事该地区以外的银行业务且不受当地银行法规的约束。跨国银行是目前世界上银行经营跨国业务的主要形式。
