The paleontologists of IVPP about ten times from 1992 to 1999 and together with colleagues from the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1997 had made successful investigation in Yuanqu Basin, Central China, resulting in finding a great deal of fine fossils, including Primates, Rodentia and Insectivora.
