开关(kaiguan)针灸穴名。出《司牧安驹粼》o牛又称牙关穴，出《抱搜滚》。猪称颊车穴，羊称牙关穴，见《件医针灸手册》。位于颊部，口角后上方咬肌前缘的凹陷处;马在第四臼齿相对的皮肤表面，刺入咬肌前缘，上下臼齿间的颊肌内.有面动、静脉及颊神经分布，牛在第三对臼齿稍后上方，刺入咬肌部，有颊背及颐浅神经和面横动、静脉，以及咬肌动、静脉;猪在第三对臼齿间;羊在咬肌前缘上下臼齿间。左右侧各一穴。用火针、圆利针向后上方刺入，马2一3厘米，羊、猪。.6一l厘米，牛向上方刺入2一3厘米;毫针蒯入马6~9厘米，牛3一4.5厘米，猪1.5一3厘米，羊1厘米。或向前下方透刺锁口。羊、猪还可用艾灸、火烙。具有硫风通络，顺气开胃作用。主治破伤风、牙关紧闭、歪嘴风、颊肿和马颐肌强直、牛咽喉炎、消化不良。(孙永才)
