Methods 100 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,40 rats in red wine group were given high-dose red wine and 40 rats in violent alcohol group were given high-dose violent alcohol,and 20 rats in control group were given NS at the same dose as that in two experimental groups by gavage,with a course of 3 months for the three groups.
方法将Waister大鼠100只随机分为3组:对照组20只,用等体积的等渗氯化钠溶液代替酒精灌胃;红酒组与白酒组各40只,分别给大鼠灌入大剂量的红葡萄酒、烈性白酒,3个月后处死动物,摘取肝脏,制备成病理切片,在光镜和电镜下观察肝脏的形态学变化。
