阴缩 阴缩 证名。男女前阴器内缩之病证。《灵枢·邪气脏腑病形》：“肝脉……微大为肝痹阴缩，咳引小腹。”多因寒中厥阴所致者。证见男子阴茎、阴囊内容等缩入少腹，或妇女阴道内缩之证等。治宜温经散寒，内服用吴萸内消散，或当归四逆汤等；若因阳阴热邪陷入厥阴者，治宜急下存阴，可用承气汤等方；若因大吐泻后，元气虚陷，伴有四肢厥逆，面黑气喘，冷汗，甚则不省人事者，则宜回阳固脱之剂，内服选用大固阳汤，或四逆汤加人参、肉桂等。参见囊缩条。
