| 喉痈 发生于咽喉部位的痈疮。相当于西医的扁桃体周围脓肿。喉痈起病急，发展迅速，常导致咽喉肿塞，吞咽、呼吸受影响。喉痈多由脾胃素有积热，感受风热邪毒，内外热毒搏结于咽喉所引起。初期主要表现为咽喉不适，轻微红肿疼痛，伴发热，恶寒，头身疼痛，舌苔薄，脉浮数。治宜疏风清热，解表利咽，方用银翘散等。中期主要表现为咽喉红肿灼热疼痛，扁桃体表面有脓点，吞咽时加重，高热，头胀头痛，口渴，尿赤便秘，舌红苔黄腻，脉实大数。治宜清热解毒，消肿散痈，方用清咽利膈汤等。恢复期主要表现为咽喉痛，脓或溃破。治宜清热排毒，方用黄连解毒汤等。此外，喉痈还可用六神丸、六应丸等。 |
