In this study, attention to this social phenomenon from the start, on the basis of reviewing the relevant domestic and foreign scholars\' works,taking the Japanese side holding enterprises in Beijing as the study object, author explore the relationship among in the personal attributes, job satisfaction, corporating sense of belonging to the company and job-hopping intention.
