By using the data resources of CNKI and Wanfang Periodical Database,this paper makes biblio-metrological study on the academic papers written by the authors of Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering,which provides the theoretical foundations for the scientific research management departments to make the evaluation on the scientific research achievements.

This article introduced the Chuan Shan literature research\'s history and the present situation,expounded the relations between local literature research and the university library construction,and finally gave concrete plans to build the construction of Chuan Shan literature research in university library.
