随着我国的出版业逐渐融入国际化的大市场,图书版权贸易的地位变得尤其重要,特别是对于河北省这一出版大省来说,图书版权贸易是在激烈的市场竞争中生存发展的最为有效的措施之一。

本课题以中国图书版权输出对策为主要研究对象，通过对我国图书版权贸易的发展现状和当前我国图书版权贸易中的最新变化进行分析研究，结合图书版权贸易的文化意义和产业属性梳理我国版权贸易活动存在的问题，从宏观政策健全到微观要素建设，研究推动我国版权贸易良性发展的策略，加快构筑成熟有效的版权贸易体系。

财政部贸易委员会茶叶研究所(Tea Rese-areh Institute，Trade Committee of theMinistry of Finanee)20世纪;o年代前期中国重要的茶叶科学研究单位。1941年先在浙江省衡县成立，1942年迁往福建省崇安县赤石镇，利用福建省示范茶场原址充实建所。1945年8月抗日战争胜利前停办，前后持续约三年多时间。 财政部贸易委员会茶叶研究所在成立时有研究人员20多人，吴觉农任所长，蒋芸生任副所长。研究所设有茶树栽培、茶叶制造、分析化验、技术推广等四个研究小组，进行过一些茶树品种改良、茶树繁殖、修剪技术、茶树病虫害的防治、茶树品种对茶类的适制性、加工方法比较试验、分级标准和包装贮藏方法等研究工作，同时还在浙、闽、皖、赣等四省推行过茶撇台Xll更新工作，完成了武宪岩茶土壤的调查工作，提出了整理武夷岩茶计划，对红茶制造的理论分级、拼配和切碎红茶的制造技术，作了系列的研究，还对茶叶及茶树副产品的综合利用，作了多方面的研究。该所曾编印过《万川通讯》、《武夷通讯》及《茶叶研究》等三种定期刊物，同时还发行《武夷岩茶土城》等调查研究报告十余种。(俞永明)
