The lack of commercial law concept in China does not agree with the entry into the WTO, which requires to improve Chinese commercial law and restructure moden concepts such as those of freedom and equality, efficiency safety, profit orientation, mutual benefits, contract freedom, honestry, efficiency priority, fairness upholding, opening and unity, etc.
