In recent years ,the development of agriculture and rural economy has been greatly retarded by the low increase of farmers income in China,which results from poor foundation and poor efficiencty of agriculture,low pricing of produce,inadequte investment from government ,difficult shift of excessive rural forces and overburden on farmers.

The increase of farmers income is not only a matter of overall importance which is concerned with the economic and social development,but also a key question to solve the problems of farmer,agriculture and village.

By using the statistics data of Zhejiang Province from 1985 to 2005,an examination is made on the dynamic relevance relationship between Zhejiang provincial rural financial development and peasant income growth through cointegration test and Granger causality relationship test.

From qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,I find out the most important factors which effect peasant income growth.

The author analyze the issue of increasing farmers income and affecting factors in Guizhou province.

In light of the above mentioned fact, considering the development of agriculture and increase of farmers income under the background of globalization of economy, this paper holds that the problems in developing agriculture and increasing farmers income could only be solved through innov.
