I have carried on the investigation and visit to 150 students who participate in health and health care study of high professorship, through analyzing, there are somuch functions of health and health care as following: Can improve students physique, strengthen students consciousness of self-health care, all are beneticial to the full development of students.
笔者对高职高专150名参加健康与保健知识学习的学生进行了调查和访问,总结出健康与保健课开设的意义在于:提高了学生身体素质、增强了学生保健意识,对促进大学生的身心健康有重要意义。
