In order to solve the valve shock problem during opening-closing process in electro-hydraulic variable valve actuator system, a high-speed valve buffer structure characterized by its multiple openings throttle and spring buffer is well proposed in this paper.
针对电液可变气门在启闭过程中存在冲击问题,提出了多孔节流+弹簧缓冲的高速气门缓冲结构,该缓冲结构能够有效减少气门开启和落座时的速度,从而极大减少气门开启和落座冲击,实现高速气门缓冲。
