In connection with the objective existence of the incomplete contract in the electronic exchange market, it is necessary to emphasize that a semirecessive credit evaluation system should be established by the power of the marketing.

To solve the problem completely,we must transform the much incomplete contract into a comparatively reasonable one.

Concretely, this institutional arrangement must be realized through the financial contracts signed by the direct stakeholders.

I define it on the basis of stakeholder theory, and build a scientific financial contract system to guide Chinese enterprises reforming.

Thus a firm is in fact a nexus of property rights contracts stakeholders signed with financial contract as its core,which aims at sustainable development.
