In more than sixty years, the Constiution underwent nine amendments, after which Korea was finally on its way to democratization.
韩国九次修宪期间,国民在多次抗争中,取得了两次胜利;3次军事政变,3次中止原宪法:国会3次被强行解散;7次间选和10次直选选出10人为17届总统,其中1人亡命海外,1人被刺身亡,2人被判处无期徒刑,1人被弹劾;国会院制由一院制到两院制最终被确定为一院制;13次宣布戒严,时间长达1 825天:军事政变当局违宪过渡机构存续1 234天,处理2 121件议案,制定或修订了1 467部法律。

Investigated the four constitutions, their respective development process, destiny and frequent constitutional amendment history and their historical origin, it can be concluded that the constitutional confirmation, the name of rectification and the change of political and social resources are the main reasons for their political and social changes in resources.
考察新中国曾有过的四部宪法的酝酿、产生、发展过程以及其各自命运和频繁修宪的历史,探寻其背后深层次的动因及其历史渊源,皆由于宪法的确认、证成功能及其所依的政治和社会资源的变迁所致。
