A method to assess the dynamic and robustness performance of PI feedback controller is studied based on a set of dimensionless performance indices for a model of one order rational transfer function plus a time delay.
针对一阶惯性具有纯迟延环节的被控对象,利用含PI控制器的反馈控制系统的一组无量纲性能指标,研究了PI反馈控制系统的控制性能和鲁棒特性的评价方法,推导出了各种性能指标的计算方法,划分了控制器的性能等级,给出各等级性能指标的带宽;将性能评价方法推广到二阶惯性加纯迟延的对象,利用性能指标对不同参数下PI控制的二阶对象反馈系统进行控制器性能的评价,仿真研究证明了性能评价方法的正确性和适用性。

以Swanda提出的控制器跟踪性能评价方法为基础,研究了基于无量纲性能指标的单回路PID反馈控制系统的设定值跟踪性能评价方法以及热工模型中纯迟延时间的递推最小二乘辨识算法;在一阶惯性加纯迟延模型的基础上,以二阶惯性加纯迟延模型为被控对象,以内模控制原理来整定PID控制器参数为基础,得到了基于实际阶跃响应数据的无量纲性能指标基准,对控制器的性能划分了若干等级;采用这种方法对蒸汽温度和压力控制系统的性能进行评价,仅利用闭环阶跃响应数据计算动态性能指标并辨识得到纯迟延时间,利用纯迟延时间对性能指标无量纲化,得到性能评价指标,对照本文制定的性能评价等级给出控制器性能的优劣。
