Objective:To observe the effects of CD_(152) level of T-cell regulation surface expression in peripheral blood of Sang shen san xian jiao to patients with Chronic Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP) and study its mechanism,its clinical effect in treating Chronic Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(CITP).
目的:观察桑椹三仙胶对慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)患者外周血调节性T细胞膜表面表达的CD_(152)水平的影响,探讨CITP的病变机理、桑椹三仙胶的作用环节及对CITP的疗效。

【性状】
本品为聚花果，由多数小瘦果集合而成，呈长圆形，长1～2cm，直径 0.5～0.8cm。黄棕色、棕红色至暗紫色，有短果序梗。小瘦果卵圆形，稍扁，长约2mm, 宽约1mm,外具肉质花被片4 枚。气微，味微酸而甜。
【浸出物】
照醇溶性浸出物测定法项下的热浸法（附录Ⅹ A）测定，用85％乙 醇作溶剂，不得少于15.0％。
【性味与归经】
甘、酸，寒。归心、肝、肾经。
【功能与主治】
补血滋阴，生津润燥。用于眩晕耳鸣，心悸失眠，须发早白，津 伤口渴，内热消渴，血虚便秘。
【用法与用量】
9～15g。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处，防蛀。
