Since Tinbergen′s pioneering work in 1937,the development of macroeconometric model had gone through the following processes:initiation in 1930s and 1940s;prosperity in 1950s and 1960s;decline in 1970s;and further perfection both in theory and application later on.
自丁伯根 (1937)开创宏观经济计量模型的先河开始 ,宏观经济计量模型经历了 30、 4 0年代的最初发展 ,5 0、 6 0年代的蓬勃发展乃至 70年代的衰落 ,到后来宏观经济计量模型各种理论和应用不断完善的发展过程。

By the systematic analysis of the national economic structure and macroeconomic running feature of Fujian Province since its reform and opening，depending on the time-series data of economic variables, to synthetically use certain economic theories、econometric methods and computer application software, the author established a macroeconometric model of Fujian Province.
通过对改革开放以来福建省的国民经济结构和宏观经济运行特点进行系统地分析，依据经济变量的时间序列数据，综合运用相关经济理论、经济计量学方法以及计算机应用软件，笔者建立了福建省宏观经济计量模型，并以所建立的模型为工具，对外商直接投资、台商直接投资以及福建省商品出口额等经济变量进行了乘数分析，得到了其对福建宏观经济的乘数效应，此外，预测了“十五”福建宏观经济发展趋势，给出了主要宏观经济指标的分析结果，且通过对不同经济增长模式进行政策仿真，展望了“十五”福建经济增长前景。
