}0}ie拉裂(P ull。rack)钢材的表面缺陷之一，表现为产品表面呈现“人”字形或“之”字形的张开裂缝，且裂口较大，很深。裂缝不光滑。外形不整齐，裂缝内脱碳严重(见图)。拉裂是造成废品的主要缺陷，必须清除。黝熬彝 拉裂 产生原因是:(l)原料有横裂纹或角部裂纹，经轧制演变成拉裂;(2)轧件各部分温度不均，局部温度过低，轧制中造成拉裂。防止和消除方法有:(l)改进炼钢、整模、注锭操作，提高修帽、坐帽质量，防止钢锭悬挂，贯彻模子报废标准，控制好浇注温度和注速、注流、防止钢锭产生横裂纹;(2)改进原料加热操作，达到温度均匀;(3)严格钢锭验收检查，清理后仍超过标准要求的不合格品不投产。 (刘贤才)
