This paper took the organizational culture perspective,combined with the current reform of the sport college,summed up the three observation points of organizational culture renewal,namely,the organizational environment,organizational structure,organizational member,and put forward the principled strategy to update organizational culture.

A secure and efficient group rekeying algorithm is very important to prevent the members who have left the group from colluding to reconstruct the group key,which is a threat to the security of group communications.

A new group rekeying scheme is proposed,which uses multiple key pools in key pre-distribution phase and establishes pairwise keys for group rekeying.

In this paper,we propose an efficient group rekeying scheme for dynamic Ad hoc networks based on analyzing general key managements of Ad hoc networks,in which the group rekeying problem is known as an open difficult problem.
