本文针对现实生活中数据局限，导致等价关系弱化，Pawlak模糊粗糙集模型的应用受到限制这种情况，提出了准一般关系，准广义近似空间等概念，用后继邻域代替等价类建立了一般经典关系下模糊粗糙集模型，这样虽然模型的应用范围扩大了，但由于对于任意一个二元关系R和模糊集A，在一般关系下模糊粗糙集模型中，式不一定成立，而式又是将粗糙集理论用于信息处理所必需的，另外我们注意到了要使式成立，只要R满足自反性就可以了，因为这个原因，我们定义只满足自反性的二元关系为准一般关系，建立了准一般关系下模糊粗糙集模型，这样既扩大了Pawlak模糊粗糙集模型的应用范围，又保证了式这一将粗糙集理论用于信息处理所必需的条件成立。
