| 聚丙烯酸酯 polyacrylates 丙烯酸酯的聚合物。结构为  R为甲基等有机基团，R不同就得到一系列的聚丙烯酸酯，且性质也不相同。聚丙烯酸甲酯在室温下无粘性、强韧、略有弹性、硬度中等。聚丙烯酸乙酯较甲酯更柔软，且耐伸长率约为聚丙烯酸甲酯的2.5倍。聚丙烯酸酯易溶于丙酮 、乙酸乙酯、二氯乙烷等溶剂，不易溶于水。由于高分子链的柔顺性，其玻璃化温度较低 ，并随R的含碳量而异。此类高分子能形成光泽好的耐水薄膜，粘合牢固，不易剥落，在室温下柔韧而有弹性。可做装饰材料、热敏胶、压敏胶粘合剂、织物整理剂、化妆品等。丙烯酸酯很易在光和热及引发剂的作用下，通过本体、溶液或悬浮方法聚合，同时还可与其他单体共聚，来改变聚合物的性能。此外，丙烯酸甲酯与季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷等反应，可得到多官能性的交联剂，用于光敏涂料、光敏油墨等 。a-氰代丙烯酸酯 ，由氰基的强极化和渗透性 ，共聚合物粘合强度很高，可用作金属、木材、玻璃、皮革等的胶粘剂。 |
