影像学术语。可迅速、实时地采集、重建与显示CT扫描信息的CT检查方式。CT透视需应用螺旋扫描方式采集数据，原始数据被连续传送到存储器，能不断地重建图像并实时显示。CT透视应用于非血管介入操作，如穿刺活检或引流时，以达到直视引导和监测穿刺全过程的目的。但仍存在暴露于X线下操作、金属伪影、重建伪影、图像延时和穿刺方向受限等问题，有待改进。
