目的:观察整脊手法治疗寰枢椎错位型儿童抽动症的临床疗效:收治寰枢椎错位型儿童抽动症患者60例,男42例,女18例;年龄215岁,平均年龄9岁;最短1年,最长7年,采用整脊手法分两步治疗,通过观察患儿治疗前后眨眼、挤眉、皱额、嗅鼻、张口、清嗓、伸脖、摇头、耸肩等一系列非自主性运动的表现频率、轻重程度的变化来判定整脊手法治疗本病的临床疗效;;结果:60例患者经治疗后,痊愈33例,显效15例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率93。
