| 大脑两半球功能不对称性 cerebral hemispheres，functional asymmetry of 人类大脑两半球的相应区功能不尽相同的现象。这种现象在婴儿期开始出现，随着环境的影响，特别是语言的学习而日益发展和稳定。在生命的早期阶段，两半球的功能有一定的可塑性，当一侧半球受损害时，其功能可为另一侧所代偿，但在大脑半球功能单侧化定型之后，这种代偿便不可能产生。 从19世纪中叶以后，不断有临床和实验报告，证明右利手者的大脑左半球不仅支配言语功能，并且主宰其他认识功能，而右半球则与各种非言语形式的心理活动，如形象的感知和记忆、时间空间的知觉和定位、音乐旋律和曲调的加工、颜色的分辨等有密切联系，并且对语言有一定的感受和理解力。 |
