The support system with multi specialties is constructed and is made up of group of subject experts outside school, educational administrative personnel at county(region) level, researcher of teaching group and backbone teachers, in which specialty supporters at different levels have their own tasks based on their specialties, take on different responsibilities and adopt different work ways.
专业支持是促进和保证课程有效实施的重要因素,应构建由校外学科专家组、县(区)级教育行政和教研室的教研员、骨干教师组成的多层次专业支持系统,在系统中不同层次的专业支持队伍其具体的工作任务及重点应有所侧重,以承担不同的责任,采取不同的工作方式。
