Soil loss and runoff processes on unpaved road from rainfall simulation tests in the Three Gorges Area,China

This paper introduces the engineering situation and geological condition of Daonan Tunnel of Huangyan Superhighway, and expounds the excavation technique and initial supporting technique used in the tunnel of soil highway, including seven- procedure flow method, and pipe- shed advance support, etc.

Based on simulated rainfall experiments,erosion processes on loess roads are studied,and following results are obtained.
