影像学术语。CT扫描中，高于参照结构密度值结构的密度。和常规X线影像不同，CT影像可测得经标定的密度值，因此可定量性地比较兴趣结构与参照结构的密度。由于参照结构的密度因结构而异，因此“高密度”的概念不是一恒定的密度值。
