According to the characteristics and the current situation of logistics support system,the paper designs and develops a military logistics center location evaluation system based on the fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation model,introduces the model and describes the working principle and the evaluation process of each evaluation module in the system.

To objectively evaluate and analyse the developmental state of the new & high-tech industry, the fuzzy multi-level synthetic evaluation method is used in this paper.
