目的:观察美宝创面速愈贴在种植皮创面的临床疗效。

头部皮肤。特点是厚，毛囊、皮脂腺多而深，血运丰富。取刃厚层头皮移植后，供皮区很快愈合，且抗感染能力强，反复取刃厚皮移植也不影响头发的生长，且无瘢痕。1987年我国曾成功治愈1例烧伤面积达100%，Ⅲ度烧伤面积达96%并伴有严重吸入性损伤的患者，在治愈Ⅱ度烧伤后的头皮上每星期取刃厚皮移植1次，连续19次。患者被治愈后，头发生长旺盛。故此，在治疗大面积深度烧伤时，头皮是一个很好的天然自体皮库。
