Thirty one DFA positive lung tissues were analyzed by RT-PCR and 21 samples were HV positive,of which 3 from Rattus norvegicus,Apodemus latronum and Micromys minutus belonged to Seoul type,and 18 belonged to Hantan type(2 from Rattus flavipectus,7 Apodemus chevrieri,7 Eothenomys miletus,1 Eothenomys melanogaster and 1 Micromys minutus).
HV核酸阳性21份,其中汉城型阳性3份(褐家鼠1份,大耳姬鼠1份,巢鼠1份),汉滩型阳性18份,(黄胸鼠2份,高山姬鼠7份,大绒鼠7份,黑腹绒鼠1份,巢鼠1份)。

汉坦病毒肺综合征
Hantanvirus pulonary syndrome
1993年在美国新墨西哥城首次报道一种新的疾病，发病早期似流感，数天内迅速进展为肺部症状，呼吸衰竭，并可早期致死。本病的病原已确定为一种新的汉坦病毒，不同于以前已知的汉坦病毒，故将上病定名为“汉坦病毒肺综合征”。新汉坦病毒是单股RNA病毒，有大、中、小(L、M、S）3个基因组片断，至少在近30%核苷酸排列顺序上与其他汉坦病毒不同。啮齿动物是其宿主及传染源，可经呼吸道、消化道及直接接触传播，该病毒主要侵犯肺，可引起严重肺水肿，胸腔大量浆液性渗出，特异IgG、IgM汉坦病毒抗体可以确诊此病。尚无疫苗用以预防。
