In order to investigate macro-tribological properties of epoxy self-assembled monolayer and polymer layer prepared on Si substrate,(3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane(GPS)and GPS-P(MA-alt-1-O)[Poly(maleic an- hydride-alt-1-octadecene)]films were prepared by self-assembled and spin-coating methods,respectively.
为研究单晶硅基底表面环氧硅烷自组装分子薄膜及聚合物薄膜的宏观摩擦学特性,分别采用自组装和旋涂的方法在硅基底上制备了3-环氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPS)自组装薄膜和GPS-P(MA-alt-1 -O)[聚(马来酸酐-交替-1-十八烯)]薄膜,对其接触角、膜厚及微观形貌进行了表征。
