| 非水滴定 non-aqueous titration 在水以外的溶剂中进行滴定的分析方法。多指在非水溶液中的酸碱滴定法，主要用于有机化合物的分析。使用非水溶剂，可以增大试样的溶解度，同时可增强其酸碱性，使在水中不能进行完全的滴定反应可顺利进行，对有机弱酸、弱碱可以得到明显的终点突跃。水中只能滴定pK（K为电离常数）小于8的化合物，在非水溶液中则可滴定pK 小于13的物质。 溶液中酸、碱性的强弱除由其本身的性质决定外，还受溶剂的影响。根据布仑斯惕酸碱理论，在溶液中能给出质子的为酸，能接受质子的为碱。游离的质子不能单独存在于溶液中，必须同时有接受质子的碱存在。在一个体系中，给出质子能力较强的为酸，给出质子能力较弱的为碱。 以酸HA为例，在水溶液中，酸释放出的质子和能接受质子的溶剂水分子相结合，形成水合质子：
