This article analyzes the logic foundation of knowledge organization which includes the classification organization and the knowledge organization base on ontology and the metadata organization,in the view of the principle of the concepts relationship,the principle of the concept division and the principle of general concepts and restrictions.

From this point, this article analyzes the knowledge organization, taking three examples of classification organization, Ontology and ontology reality search model—WordNet.
