Many medical practitioners now use the body temperature set point theory to explain the mechanism of fever, but when we use it to explain the low heat situation of TCM such a"sfidgets with hot feelings in the five centers"",tidal fever "",bone steaming ",there will have too many problems to deal with.
现在西医多用体温调定点学说来解释发热的机制,但用该学说来解释中医学里的"五心烦热"、"潮热"、"骨蒸发热"等低热现象时就显得捉襟见肘,而将体温不高的发热归属于功能性疾病,鉴于西医对功能性疾病的发病机制不甚清楚,故着重用中医对体温不高的发热机制进行了探讨,扩充了有关发热机制的理论知识。

恨行云、特地高寒，牢笼好梦不定。婉娩年华，凄凉客况，泥酒浑成病。画阑深，碧窗静。一树瑶花可怜影。低映。怕月明照见，青禽相并。素衾自冷。又寒香、枕上薰愁醒。甚银床霜冻，山童未起，谁汲墙阴井。玉笙残，锦书迥。应是多情道薄＊。争肯。便等闲孤负，西湖春兴。
