The first-generation (190) and the second-generation (244) were selected as experimental materials from Ⅱ type of new strain Huai pig,and PCR-RFLP methods were used for detecting gene polymorphisms with Hha Ⅰ restriction enzyme sites of IGF-1 gene and Rsa Ⅰ restriction enzyme site of Pit-1,then the correlation between gene polymorphisms and partial performances were analyzed.
以淮猪新品系Ⅱ系一世代(190头)、二世代(244头)为试验材料,采用PCR-RFLP方法分别检测IGF-1基因的HhaⅠ酶切位点、Pit-1基因的RsaⅠ酶切位点的多态性,并与生长性状进行相关性分析。

The polymorphisms of HAL gene were analyzed by PCR-RFLP wtih HhaI in 155pigs from high lean strain of Huainan pig.
猪氟烷(halothane,HAL)基因n是猪产生猪应激综合症(PSS)的主效基因,采用限制性核酸内切酶HhaI对淮南猪瘦肉型品系共155头的HAL基因进行PCR-RFLP分析,结果表明:淮南猪新品系HAL基因HhaI酶切的优势基因型为显性纯合子NN,频率为0。

The major breeding traits which affected the litter weight of new line Duroc pigs at 60-day-old were found by using path coefficeient,determination coefficient and multi-factor gradual regression analysis.
利用通径分析、决定系数分析及多元逐步回归分析等方法找到了影响杜洛克猪新品系60 d窝重的主要繁殖性状是60 d活仔数2、0 d活仔数、60 d个体重及20 d个体重,而初生重、初生窝重和产活仔数影响较小。

中国育成的猪品种。产于江苏省淮阴地区。具有繁殖力高和耐粗饲的优点。由本地淮猪与大约克夏猪进行正反杂交，从所得一代杂种猪群中进行严格选择和自群繁育，通过适当近交（动物）和品系繁育而成。头稍长，面平直或微凹，耳向前下方倾垂，背腰平直,腹稍大,四肢粗壮，被毛黑色,乳头7对。成年公、母猪平均体重分别为244和185千克。初产平均10头，经产13头。在以供给青饲料为主的粗放饲养下,肥育猪6月龄活重63千克,8月龄可达100千克。适宜屠宰体重80～90千克，膘厚3.5厘米。新淮猪与苏白猪、内江猪杂交效果良好。
