Based on the theoretical analysis and case study of metal flow in axial direction during radial rolling process of welding neck flange,it is clarified that axial flow of metal and the volume of flow is depended on the section shapes between the blank and the workpiece.
通过对长颈法兰径向轧制过程中金属沿轴向的流动规律进行理论分析和实例计算,提出了径向轧制过程中存在着轴向流动以及流动量取决于环坯与成品截面形状的观点,指出了传统环坯设计方法存在的问题。

The mechanism of warp in radial rolling process of welding neck flange was explained, and the influence rules of blank section shape on rolling warp were analysed.
阐述了长颈法兰径向轧制过程中产生翘曲缺陷的机理 ,分析了毛坯截面形状对翘曲缺陷的影响规律 ,从优化毛坯截面形状入手 ,提出了控制翘曲缺陷的若干对策。
