There often exist some vibration problems during the operation of the 600 MW turbogenerator units made in China,such as the over-vibration of low-pressure rotor bearing chock,the sudden vibration of high-or medium-pressure rotor bearing under heavy load,the unstable vibration of rotor,and the over-vibration of the bearing of electricity gathering shaft,etc.

This text introduces the characteristics of the leakage magnetic field and the mechanism of fever at the stator end when the 600 MW steam turbo-generator to enter the phase advance running, and the correspond measures to limit it in the process of making and running .

In order to change the current situations that double-shell or three-shell condenser is not applicable to 600MW ultra super-critical turbine-generator unit,single-shell condenser is developed and designed.
