On the basis of fuzzy C-means theory,the improved clustering model can get more appropriate data for design,reasoning and retrieve data quality and can avoid the blindness of classification and man-made subjective factors in a certain extent by introducing the optimum ratio of pseudo statistics.

In addition,we have also introduced pseudo F-statistics,on the one hand,some of the overlapping points in space realizes effective classification;on the other hand,it can give the best clustering number,thereby making up for the shortage of k-modes clustering method.
