We{X旧雄修(maintenanee)为了确保核电厂构筑物、系统和部件在设计寿期内保持、恢复和实现其设计功能和质t所进行的一切活动。核电厂设备和部件随粉其使用时间的增加，必然会出现功能下降或发生故障甚至损坏。实施有效维修，不仅能保证所有承担安全功能的核电厂构筑物、系统和部件按设计要求保持其可靠性和有效性，而且能保证核电厂安全、可靠地运行和有高的可用率。 雄修分类核电厂的维修活动一般可分为预防性维修和纠正性维修两大类，技术改造项目从广义上说也是维修活动的一类。 预防性维修(preventive maintenanee)为进免或减少故障，对非故障的设备和部件所进行的维修。预防性维修通常又可细分为按时间的维修、按状态的维修和以可靠性为中心的维修。 (l)按时间的维修(time based maintenanee):对非故障设备和部件进行周期性的预防性维修，其周期按日历天数或运行小时确定，又称为定期维修。定期维修或是对某些部件进行更换或修理，以确保达到设计功能;或是对有些部件进行检查，根据与设计性能指标比较的结果，决定是否进行更换、修理或保持现状. (2)按状态的维修(eondition based maintenanee):按预先规定的用以衡量设备性能下降的一套准则，所采取的预防性维修活动。其步骤可分为监控、试验与检查、修复或更换三个步骤。通过监控、试验与检查，如果发现设备与部件偏离允许范围时，便采取相应的修复或更换措施.预见性维修(predietive maintenanee)属于“按状态的维修”。在设备状态监测的基础上，对设备性能作趋势分析，然后有预见性地选择设备维修的最佳时期，即在设备尚未形成故障前，通过维修使其保持设计功能.预见性维修的指导思想是尽可能多地利用各种设备监测手段，增加监测频度，了解设备性能的变化趋势，把握维修时机，减少不必要的维修工作，从而提高运行机组的安全性和可靠性。这种维修策略正被各国核电厂广泛采用。(3)以可靠性为中心的维修(reliability eenteredmaintenance):通过一套评价方法来优化维修，即选取与核电厂可靠性最有直接关系的系统与设备，逐一研究它们。在收集这些设备损坏及修复的历史记载的基础上.分析其损坏模式、概率以及对系统功能的影响，找出对安全、发电和可能造成重大维修的关键损坏模式，提出相应的预防性维修建议，对如何发现“隐患”提出措施(例如检查、试验、彻底检查等)，对如何提高设备质量和改善设备检查条件提出设计修改建议，或者对于非关键的设备，可以减少检修工作，甚至直到损坏也不必维修。
