This paper proposes a design of programmable multiple reference voltage generator integrated in LCoS chip, analyses the role of the reference voltage in LCoS display system, and gives part circuits of schematic, layout, lower-power method.

This paper proposes the design of programmable multi-channel reference voltage source integrated in LCoS chip, briefly introduces working principle of the LCoS display system, and part circuit of diagram, layout, lower-power method are given.

The structure of RLCOS device and the principle of signal read-in are introduced.

Compared to previous Philips single-panel LCoS designs,the panel has an electrical interface with fewer contacts,a simpler package,an integratd temperature sensor and other features designed to minimize the cost of the projection system using the panel.
