经腹股沟管途经精索静脉结扎术
手术名。精索静脉曲张手术之一。适应证同精索静脉曲张高位结扎术。其经腹股沟韧带上方之平行切口，切口腹股沟管并暴露精索。将曲张之静脉自精索中游离，在近内环处结扎并切断其中1cm长静脉，保留2～3条未曲张之静脉及睾丸动脉，以防睾丸萎缩，睾丸侧的结扎静脉断端需缝于腹内斜肌固定，提起睾丸。如伴腹股沟疝可同时行疝修补。术后早期宜托起阴囊。
