用料：百合10克、莲子肉10克、银耳10克；绿豆45克、冰糖/蜂蜜适量。
制法：将百合干和莲子肉用温水浸泡至发软；将银耳用水发开，洗净摘成小朵；将绿豆浸泡充分，与百合、莲子、银耳清洗干净，一起放入豆浆机网罩内，杯体内注入适量清水，机器安装到位。启动机器，十几分钟红枣莲子豆浆就做好了。可根据个人喜好趁热往杯体内调入白糖/蜂蜜搅匀即成。
