Objective: To study the effect of flavonoids of Rubus alcenefolius Poir on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of liver.
观察粗叶悬钩子根多糖对肝组织损伤过程中肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)的影响,采用液相竞争法测定大鼠血清中TNF-α的含量,结果显示粗叶悬钩子根多糖能明显降低TNF-α的含量,说明粗叶悬钩子根多糖有一定的抗肝损伤作用。
