【性状】
本品为白色片。
【鉴别】
取本品细粉适量（约相当于硝酸甘油10mg），加无水乙醇10ml，振摇使 溶解，滤过，滤液照硝酸甘油溶液项下的鉴别试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
含量均匀度 照高效液相色谱法（附录Ⅴ D）测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 照硝酸甘油溶液含量测定项下的方法试验。 测定法 取本品1片，置5ml量瓶中，加流动相适量，超声处理3分钟，振摇30分钟， 使硝酸甘油溶解，用流动相稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液，照硝酸甘油溶 液含量测定项下的方法测定，按外标法以峰面积计算每片的含量。除限度为±20％以外， 应符合规定（附录Ⅹ E）。 其他 除崩解时限应在2分钟内完全崩解外，应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附 录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
照高效液相色谱法（附录Ⅴ D）测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 照硝酸甘油溶液含量测定项下的方法试验。 测定法 取本品20片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于硝酸甘油2.5mg） ，置25ml量瓶中，加流动相适量，超声处理3分钟，振摇30分钟，使硝酸甘油溶解，用 流动相稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液，照硝酸甘油溶液含量测定项下的 方法测定，即得。
