原料/调料

鲜准山150克、鱼100克、红椒1只、生姜、葱各10克。花生油20克、盐15克、味精10克、白糖5克、清汤100克、麻油5克。

制作流程

1.鲜准山去皮切厚片,红椒切片,姜切片,葱切段,鱼肉切厚片。

2.烧锅下油,放入鲜准山、姜炒至快熟时,加入清汤。

3.再下入鱼球、红椒片、盐、味精、白糖、葱段5煮分钟,倒入汤窝内即成。
