In this paper, high quality diamond crystals were synthesized using respectively Fe-Ni catalyst and M xN-added Fe-Ni catalyst in cubic anvil high-pressure apparatus.
本文分别用铁镍粉末触媒、含添加剂氮化物MxN的铁镍粉末触媒在国产六面顶压机上合成了优质金刚石单晶 ,利用光学显微镜观察 ,发现所合成的金刚石多为六八面体 ,晶形完整 ;在大多数用含添加剂氮化物的铁镍触媒合成的金刚石的晶面上有凹线出现 ,而用不含添加剂铁镍触媒合成的金刚石却没有这种现象。

纯铁下3种。PUre lron①铁含量大于99.工业纯铁5%的铁。:纯度为99.6一99只叱分为以二七面石民班‘.阿姆科(Armco)铁、电解铁和拨基铁。、阿姆科铁的最大磁导率尚为3500一5000,矫顽力Hc为乓8一80A/m,1.0T磁感应强度下的磁滞损耗几约为‘2.12w/kgo②纯铁:纯度为99.90一99.95%。是将工业纯铁在纯干氢中高温净化处理或真空重熔处理,将残余杂质元素进一步去除而制成。用于科学实验。③高纯铁:纯度为99.990一99.997%。是将工业纯铁或纯铁再经区域提纯制成。其软磁性能优越,月m可达100000,Hc为4.OA/m,只约为0.08W/kg,其成本高。 (何忠治)
