Fitting the amount invested in Yunan public sports to the provincial GDP,the study has got related functions and curve which indicates the relation of public sports input and economic development and predicts the future of this input.

We must take measures to construct social policy systems,such as investing on manpower capital,cultivating new type social capital,increasing the capability of resisting risk,enhancing public devotion,etc.

With a comparison and analysis of the features of the financial investment in public education during the period of rapid economic growth,it can be found that the financial investment in public education in China is smaller than that in Japan,and that the amount of public finance for education cannot meet the needs of the national education.
