A group interbody fusion with the join structure of spinous process and veterbral plate,B group with own bone drops.
方法将手术病例随机分为两组,A组为椎间行棘突椎板连接结构植骨,B组为椎间行自体碎骨粒植骨,两组均采取后路椎弓根钉棒系统固定,于术后3个月～3年进行随访,观察两组的手术效果、植骨融合率、椎间隙高度,以及记录两组手术时间及出血量,并进行比较。

spinous process
是椎板上的一个突起，为韧带附着处，从颈椎到第4胸椎棘突与椎体的横截面呈水平方向，穿刺时可垂直进针。从第4胸椎到第12胸椎，棘突呈叠瓦状排列，棘突与椎体成锐角，穿刺针的针干要向尾椎方向倾斜45°～60°，方能进入黄韧带。
